CloudFloor started with a simple frustration: every play mat we could find was either thin enough to photograph well or thick enough to actually cushion a fall — never both. So we made one product, properly, instead of a catalogue of compromises.

A single continuous piece of high-density foam. No interlocking tiles, no seams for crumbs or damp to hide in. A waterproof, wipe-clean cover in a calm Scandinavian palette. And a thickness — 3 cm or 5 cm — that we state plainly and you can check with a tape measure.

5 cm — our headline

Most play mats on the market sit between 1 and 3.5 cm. Our 5 cm core is a genuinely cushioned floor for babies learning to roll, sit and crawl on hard flooring like parquet, tile and laminate.

3 cm — equally legitimate

Lighter and lower-profile, easier to lift, move between rooms and store — with the exact same cover, foam quality and non-slip base as the 5 cm.

A high-density CME foam core gives the mat its shape and recovery — it springs back rather than compressing flat over months of use.

The cover is a velvet-touch, fully waterproof fabric that unzips and is machine-washable at 30°C. Spills bead on the surface rather than soaking through.

A non-slip base keeps the whole mat anchored on parquet, tile and laminate, so it doesn't creep during play.
